SHOW SUMMARY
-
Justin James the surfer musician from San Diego talks about his up and coming music career along with his survival of a shark attack in South America. His music has been featured on the MTV reality shows Laguna Beach and The Hills and he gives credit to these shows for getting his music known throughout the surfing and music industries. Justin holds a live acoustic performance of one of his songs which he claims to be the story of his life for Scott and the listening audience.
His tale of the shark attack also ties into his music career. James was 18 years old and on his own Endless Summer trip in South America when an ideal surfing day turned into a shark attack nightmare. His recovery from the attack is what got James serious about his music.
- Scott reads emails submitted by listeners concerning MTV reality shows and the Sacred Craft Consumer Surfboard Expo.
