The 41st Annual SURFER Poll Awards will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2011. If you and/or members of your media organization plan on covering the 2011 SURFER Poll award show, please click the link below to fill out the Media Credential Form. We will be supplying full media services for TV, print, radio, and webcast purposes during the event. Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee entry into the event. Access will be limited and will be granted on a priority basis. We will email you regarding the status of your media access prior to the show.
