I’m sitting in Afghanistan, hundreds of miles from the ocean, and perhaps a thousand miles from a decent break, and I get on the net. My niece has sent me a photo she snapped at the Pipe Masters, and says she wishes I was there. I was there, in the winter of 83′-84′ and I am smiling from the memories… Happy she is now living in Hawaii and was able to parktake first hand. But I wish I was there again… much aloha
