Golly gosh Batman. That water looks like the inside of a toilet bowl, have the HIV shots kids or alternatively tape ya mouth, ears n nose.
No its just the brackish cape fear river water mixing in with the salt water.
Good jock one more kook to keep out of jersey !!
Silt from bays, inlets, rivers, different strains of algae, and just the sand from the beachbreak itself all contribute. Check out pics from Costa Rica, El Salvador, etc. after storms if you want to see even browner water. Skeleton Bay, in the middle of nowhere Namibia, has very similar water color to the Mid-Atlantic & Southeast US. And never assume you’re safe in nice blue-green water, either, especially in SoCal.
Please, you should see Lake Michigan brown stuff. SoCal is much nastier even if it is more blue, clean and warm.
Wow that Petriken pigdoggy is amazing. #shouldvewenttojerseyagain
Yew spongers out at 1st groin holding it down
Why don’t some of the captions load?
I surfed Spring Lake this day.. It’s been THE SPOT all winter for me, but eph.. Looks like I missed it on this one, they were dredging there and it effed the currents. Shoulda kept driving… Damn
Nice! But looks cold. Ice cream headaches, don’t miss those at all.
I want to thank Bryce, Grant and Surfer Mag for posting my work, and all of you for your support. Its an honor to have my work apart of anything Surfer is doing. I wanted to just clarify, the first shot of mine in the gallery is of Al Pollioni ( not his brother Clay ). Sorry to Bryce if I labeled it wrong. Thanks again for everything.
