Today was flat on the North Shore so we headed to Turtle Bay for a round of golf and bumped into Yadin Nicol, Dusty Payne, Marcus Hickman, Makua Rothman, and Kamalei Alexander. Golf seems to be the most popular way to kill time between swells on the North Shore. Dean Morrison was out there getting a 6 hour lesson, Jay “Bottle” Thompson, Ben Dunn, Brian Toth, Kekoa Bacalso, Luke Munro, Jared Howse, and Tom Whitaker were all out hitting the links. The swell came up late this afternoon, so I am sure everyone will be back in the water tomorrow and by the weekend we should be seeing some giant surf on the North Shore.
