Where do I download the digital copy for Android? This article says ‘most mobile devices’ but the link only shows Apple devices.

Requirements: Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.Requires iOS 4.0 or later

Also how do I indicate that I am already subscribed so that I don’t have to pay again for the digital content?
