Kai Neville’s second act hits the big screen in Huntington

The surf world has been waiting with bated breath for the follow-up to Modern Collective, and last night 5th street swelled with crowds as the sun set and the opening credits rolled. After the outdoor showing, surfers gathered at the Shorebreak Hotel to watch a live performance from No Age. Below are a few moments from the night.

The music on Lost Atlas is so bad it will give you a headache. You can’t even pay attention to the surfing. That’s the problem. There is some sick stuff in there, but man what a let down after Modern Collective-or almost every surf flick that’s come out in the last 9 years has good surfing to good music.. Don’t waste your money like I did, unless you want to hear the worst music ever made being played to your favorite surfers. It’s to the point where watching Jordy is annoying? Stupid mate. Even High 5 with the most annoying radio tards had some good music. Whatever.

Wow, that scene was so cool last night!

So many great looking women and Dion wore his signature beanie cap, so rad!

It’s like the best week in surfing for the year, you’all should come on down to HB and bask in the light of Hurly!!!!

But first you need some good reading….
