Please join his family and friends for this special time to celebrate Dugan. Dress casual for winter beach weather. Bring seating, food and drinks for your needs…and surf gear for those participating in the paddle out ceremony.
Directions for parking: expect the free beach parking paralleling Hwy #101 and Ponto beach to be crowded. The preferred/closest parking is the South Ponto Parking lot($8 self service machine) – enter as you drive south on #101 just north of La Costa Blvd.
