On a recent visit to the shaping room, Kerrzy had Rusty take one of his Slayer programs and literally chop 2 inches and change off the tail and carve out a half-inch deep concave. The concave is deepest just in front of the fins. This straightens out the centerline rocker dramatically, generating lift and squirt out of turns. The wide, angular, square tail has a more abrupt release on turns.
