Skinny: This is a great, easy-riding board. The rails are fairly soft, making turns effortless. The bottom has a single to double-barrel concave with a little vee off the tail. It has a slightly pulled-in nose with a little more nose rocker and a little less tail rocker. Its distinct mix of rocker and concave make this a good, drivey beach break board.

Skinny: If you like a super-responsive ride, check out the S1. A favorite with the pros, the S1 has a narrower nose, wider hips and increased rocker. Don't paddle out in small, crumbling surf with an S1. This board is made to perform in peak wave conditions.

Skinny: The outline is slightly more pulled in near the tail giving the rider more control in bigger surf. The bottom has a single concave throughout the board with a little vee off the tail. It's a great "next size up" board, usually ordered 1" – 2" longer than a typical shortboard.
