The event will also feature a large beach expo and $5400 in cash prizes.

“We are very excited about the amount of attention the Paddle has received this year,” said Race Director, Pete Stirling. “I think having such a great fundraising prize up for grabs will really inspire people to get behind this event and raise some serious cash in support of SurfAid International <http://www.surfaidinternational.org> .” One thing is for sure, with only a little over a month to go, the competition to be number one is definitely going to heat up.

The 2010 event will also include a beach expo, demos and raffle featuring the latest and greatest from our sponsors: Watermans: Applied Science <http://www.watermansappliedscience.com/> , Olukai <http://www.olukai.com/> , Surfshot.com <http://www.surfshot.com> , Surfline.com <http://www.surfline.com/> , Future Fins <http://www.futuresfins.com/> , Riviera Paddleboards, Hobie Surfboards <http://www.hobie.com/> , Naish Hawaii <http://www.naishsurfing.com/en/index.html> , Infinity surfboards <http://www.infinitysurfboards.com/> , Rogue SUP <http://www.roguesup.com/> , Quickblade Paddles <http://www.quickbladepaddles.com/> , Boardworks Surf <http://www.boardworkssurf.com/> , Sambazon <http://www.sambazon.com> , Honolua Surf Co. <http://www.honoluasurf.com> , Sovereign Earth <http://www.sovereignearth.com> , Rapture Surf Camps <http://www.rapturecamps.com> , World Safaris <http://www.worldsurfaris.com/us/index.aspx> and Primo Island Lager <http://www.thatsprimo.com/> .
